Reese Witherspoon took her career seriously after enrolling first as a student at Stanford University. Early in her career, she was in part in movies such as Pleasantville and Election. In 2003 she debuted as a film star as a lead actress in The Invisible Man. She then appeared in several television series, including House of Lies Whitney, Better Call Saul and The Invisible Man. She also appeared as an actor as a character in The Dictator (1998) and The Incredible Burt Wonderstone (2006). A talented painter, she has also had her work displayed in many galleries.
